Customer Profile: Experian

Experian was looking to create a new analytical offering that would revolutionize multi-channel marketing. We got together with their advanced modeling group and helped develop the concept behind Experian's TrueTouch product. As an integral member of the product development team, our responsibility was to design and create a first-rate analytical engine and report generator. The full-color reports are generated directly from raw data. All analysis and rendering is performed through a simple web application. The final output is delivered as a PDF document rich with graphs, tables, and images. TrueTouch achieved a return on investment of over 100% within the first 6 months of its release.

Following the success of the TrueTouch product, Sage Analytic was brought in to reengineer Experian's entire analytical report product line.

Customer Profile: Boat Owners Association of The United States

BoatU.S. sells boating supplies through direct mail, Internet, and retail channels. We designed a unified marketing database that integrates information from all customer-centric activities. This central database allows full coordination between all forms of outgoing promotion as well as provides a single source for performance analysis. We also developed a regression-based model to help predict their most profitable customers. After testing the promotion model, our techniques showed a boost of $450,000 in sales in just one mailing!
